J.B. Bernstein

President and CEO

As a 25+ year veteran of the packaged goods and sports marketing industries, Mr. Bernstein is widely respected for his creative problem solving and positive results. As the CMO of Seven Figures Management, a sports marketing and athlete representation firm, Bernstein created The Million Dollar Arm™ (www.TheMillionDollarArm.com) contest in India which yielded the first 2 Indian men to ever sign pro sports contracts in the US. His story is now the subject of a Disney motion picture that will be released in 2014. The contest became an official MLB International program in 2011. As the co-founder and President of the Access Group of Miami (www.AccessGroupOfMiami.com) in 1993, his agency has represented some of the greatest athletes of all time including Barry Bonds, Barry Sanders, & Emmitt Smith. Bernstein was responsible for creating ground breaking programs Like Smith’s Run With History™ which is now the standard deal in NFL milestone marketing. He also orchestrated Barry Bonds’ departure from MLBPA group licensing, making him the first baseball player to successfully operate outside of their auspices.

Bernstein’s services were retained by MLS from 1995 – 97 to act as their head of licensing and to create the league’s and the players’ entire merchandise program. He secured over 50 partners and reached levels of licensed goods sales in 1997 of nearly $50MM.

Bernstein got his start in sports during the formation of The Upper Deck Company and as the director of Development for the memorabilia division, he developed over 250 products and is widely known as one of the godfathers of milestone marketing for his work on Wayne Gretzky’s 802nd goal program and Dan Marino’s all time TD record.

Bernstein started his career in brand management at P&G and as an account executive at Grey Advertising.

Mr. Bernstein received his bachelor's degree in political economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and then went on to achieve his MBA from The London School of Economics. Out of his personal interest, Mr. Bernstein has separately achieved a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Southern California and is currently pursuing his 2nd Ph.D. a related field.

Bernstein lives in Las Vegas with his wife and daughter. J.B. spends any free time he gets keeping up on developments in the field of Physics/Cosmology, and is an avid science reader.



Eric Levin

Eric was one of the first to recognize the crossover potential between fashion and sports marketing and started an agency called Trouble Sports that developed that industry in the early 90’s.  He partnered with J.B. in the mid 90’s and Access Group of Miami was born. Eric is the owner of many nightclubs, music venues, and restaurants from the Islands to as far north as Atlanta, including Karma, Rumi. The Chili Pepper and  Sutra. Eric is married to his wife CC and they have two boys named Chance and Brock.  Eric spends his free time at the beach and traveling.



Brenda Paauwe-Navori

Brenda Paauwe-Navori served as Embraer Executive Aircrafts’ Director of Strategic New Business Development for C-level women. She also was responsible for sales in the Western Region of North America for the entire aircraft fleet which included the industry leading Phenom 300, the Legacy 500, Legacy 650 and Embraer shuttles, and the ultra-large Lineage 1000E.

Paauwe-Navori is a business veteran having managed sales for business aviation manufacturers and suppliers as well as one of the leading fractional ownership companies in the U.S. She has been responsible for expanding these companies, increasing revenues and exceeding sales quotas regardless of market conditions.

She spent 2 decades identifying the transportation needs of Ultra-High-Net-Worth individuals, Fortune 100 companies, Female leaders, influencers and flight departments and guiding them through the process of aircraft selection and purchase. She specializes in market strategy and prospecting, financial analysis, customer loyalty and after-sales relationships. In addition to her North American expertise, Paauwe-Navori has extensive international experience in Asia, India and the Middle East.

Her management expertise includes managing budgets and P&Ls, customer relationship development, territory and account management, performance and quality standards and negotiations and closings. She has been directly involved with hundreds of private and public sector aircraft transactions ranging from inflight services, fractional share and whole aircraft purchase.

Paauwe-Navori has worked her way up from soloing in her first Cessna 172 to field sales representative and president of a highly successful aviation inflight services company. She served as senior director – large cabin aircraft sales and operator relations for the Virgin Group, Virgin Charter US Division as well as VIP Inflight Liaison for Northwest Airlines sports team charters.

She founded GOGO Jet Inflight LLC, an innovative, high-profit, aviation services business growing it to over 300 clients including fractional companies, manufacturers and flight departments for Ford, NetJets, BMW, Bank of America and NASCAR to name a few.

She is a member of the National Business Aviation Association and United States Equestrian Federation. Paauwe-Navori is an avid Equestrian with a World Championship American Saddlebred title and active on the west coast horse show circuit.



Niki Scalera

A graduate of NYU, Niki began her career Staring in Broadway productions and corporate entertainment.  Miki oversees client relations, An ear for music and eye for talent Niki procures a lineup of musicians and singers to meet any genre for corporate meetings, festivals, consumer events and private functions.



Uche Anyanwu


Uche Anyanwu is a talented young professional who joins our HOF Speakers team with a background in sports marketing. Upon conclusion of his college football career as the defensive captain at the University of Nevada-Reno, Uche entered the sports marketing realm as a client service representative at Fritz Martin Management – a full service athlete marketing agency. While at Fritz Martin, Uche was actively involved in the business development and operational aspects of the company. In just one year, Uche helped broaden Fritz Martin’s brand relationships and open doors for numerous athlete/brand activations for marketing initiatives.

In addition to his business development skill sets, Uche has helped with everyday operational roles including day-to-day logistics, website management, PR initiatives, and charitable foundation work. His drive, passion, and talent in the sports marketing industry make him a tremendous asset to the HOF Speakers team. His day-to-day contributions provide valuable structure to our company and help us continue to grow each day.
